Simultaneously, in our die-making workshop, we carry out the construction of dies and guarantee the necessary maintenance during the manufacturing process of your parts.

In addition, we are prepared to carry out the necessary manipulations to meet the design requirements, such as bending, incorporating silver contacts, adding threads, mounting and much more. In terms of packaging, we offer tailored solutions: from bulk bagging to positioning in reusable trays.
Materials and Treatments
​Beyond steel
We work with a wide range of materials: steels and stainless steels, copper (DHP and ETP), brass, aluminum, bronze, nickel silver, beryllium alloys, fiber, and technical plastics such as polypropylene or nylon.
We also process strips with full or selective electrolytic coatings, and deliver the parts with the required finish: heat treatments, degreasing, silver plating, nickel plating, zinc plating, among others.
We have a FISCHERSCOPE X-RAY coating thickness gauge, which ensures precise control of the coating thickness applied.
