At TYRSA, we have our own in-house tooling department with over 60 years of experience building and maintaining high-precision stamping tools.
We offer two types of services. For those requiring a new die, we develop full turnkey projects: from engineering and design to construction, press testing, and maintenance throughout the tool's entire lifespan.
For those who already own their dies, we offer sharpening, repair, and preventive and corrective maintenance services to external workshops. If you are a stamper in need of a reliable tooling partner, we can act as your external department.
In both cases, we work with the same level of rigor: hundredth-of-a-millimeter tolerances, met deadlines, and total confidentiality.
