Our tooling services
At TYRSA, we have our own tooling department with over 60 years of experience. We offer two distinct services: turnkey construction of new dies for those who need to develop a tool, and maintenance, sharpening, and repair of existing dies for workshops in need of a trusted external provider.
Die design and manufacturing
Turnkey dies, from design to production
Starting from your blueprints, physical samples, or 3D designs, our engineering team designs and builds the die, optimizing every detail for productivity and ease of maintenance. We deliver the tool press-tested and take care of its maintenance throughout its entire service life.
The die will be ready to work at TyRsa or in other facilities.
Die maintenance for external tooling workshops

If you are a stamper and need sharpening, repair, or maintenance of your dies, TYRSA can be your trusted external department. We handle emergencies, peak workloads, and scheduled maintenance with total discretion and guaranteed confidentiality.
