TYRSA adopts as a fundamental principle of its Quality Policy the guarantee that all its customers receive products and services that fulfill their needs. The implementation of a Quality Management System based on international UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards represents a further step on our journey toward achieving TOTAL QUALITY.

Conscious of the importance of both technical and human factors in achieving its Quality objectives, Tyrsa devotes special attention to:

  • Enhancing communication channels based on a policy of transparency and the integration of employees into the company's activities.

  • Developing necessary personnel training plans to achieve its Policy and Objectives.

Permanent Quality Objectives

  • Ensure that product manufacturing is carried out in a controlled manner, progressively optimizing the Company's resources.

  • Train management and other personnel, involving them in the Quality System.

  • Inform personnel regarding the company's progress and achievements.

  • Detect and analyze the costs of non-quality for their progressive reduction and the improvement of competitiveness.
